Getting started

• Complete onboarding and grant the permissions you need (contacts, notifications, microphone).
• Import or add contacts you want to call regularly.
• Create your first call plan with a date and time.

You can deny a permission and still use other features. CallPilot will show how to enable it later in Settings.

Call plans & reminders

Create a plan for a contact or group, set when you want to be reminded, and track status as you go.

• When a reminder fires, use Call, Snooze, or Dismiss.
• Snooze options typically include 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Mark plans as called, completed, missed, or cancelled as needed.

Contacts

Browse and manage the people you call. With contacts permission, you can import from your device address book.

• Open a contact to start a plan or place a call via the system dialer.
• Keep notes and context that help you remember why the call matters.

Groups

Organize contacts into groups — for example family, clients, or a project team.

• Create a group and add members.
• Plan calls against a whole group when you need a sequence or shared follow-up.

Voice messages

Record a short message (up to 25 seconds) and schedule a guided workflow for when to play it.

• Grant microphone permission when recording.
• At reminder time, CallPilot guides you: call → play on speaker → continue to the next recipient.

Mobile platforms do not allow third-party apps to inject audio into a live cellular call. CallPilot uses an honest guided flow instead of pretending unsupported automation succeeded.

Calling & conferences

• CallPilot opens your phone’s dialer (or places a call when permission and platform allow).
• For conferences, follow the in-app guidance and use your Phone app’s Merge Calls control.

• Choose light, dark, or system theme.

Reminders

• Keep notification and exact-alarm permissions enabled for reliable reminders on Android.
• Set a default snooze duration.

Permissions

• Contacts — import people.
• Notifications — call and voice reminders.
• Microphone — record voice messages.
• Phone — optional direct calling where supported.

Privacy

CallPilot is local-first: no login and no CallPilot cloud sync. Plans, contacts you manage in-app, and recordings stay on your device. See the full Privacy Policy.

• Allow notifications so reminders are not delayed by battery savers.
• Keep the app updated from the store for fixes and improvements.
